The Site is operated by Kristine Horten, Associate Broker with Bowen Agency Realtors (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information you give us
When you use a contact form on the Site, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the services or properties you are interested in, your preferred timeline, and your message. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account details or financial documents through the Site.
If you contact us directly by phone, text or email, we receive the information you choose to share in that communication.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site and its hosting provider automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit a form, your IP address and browser information are stored with your submission to help prevent spam and abuse.

How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Bowen Agency Realtors. Kristine is licensed through Bowen Agency Realtors, and information about your real estate inquiry may be shared with the brokerage as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage supervision and recordkeeping requirements.
- Service providers. We use trusted companies to run the Site, including WordPress.com and Automattic (website hosting, contact forms, site statistics and Akismet spam filtering) and our website developer, CCG Labs, which may access Site data only to build, maintain and support the Site. These providers may process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
- People involved in your transaction. With your permission, or as needed to complete a transaction you are pursuing, we may share relevant details with parties such as lenders, title companies, inspectors, attorneys or other agents.
- Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our clients, the public or ourselves.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may use cookies or similar technologies that are needed for the Site to function, to keep it secure, and to count visits. The Site’s fonts and images are served from our own website rather than from third-party font or image services.
Some pages may include embedded content from other services, such as videos from YouTube or maps from Google Maps. Embedded content behaves as if you visited the other service directly, and those services may collect information or set cookies according to their own privacy policies. Links on the Site to other websites, such as Facebook, Google Maps directions or Bowen Agency Realtors’ property search, take you to sites that have their own privacy practices.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking cookies should not prevent you from browsing the Site or using the contact form.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, to provide services you request, and to meet legal, tax and real estate recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it only in a form that does not identify you.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction: you may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
- Deletion: you may ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
- Communications: you may ask us at any time to stop contacting you.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) to the Site and a hosting provider with industry-standard security. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to the Site. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
